When online delivery is available, the inquiry form sends your name, email, optional organisation, selected topic and message to the mayden team through Google Workspace. We use these details to respond to your request; submission does not subscribe you to marketing. If delivery is unavailable, you can open an email draft instead, which you send yourself.

The public readiness self-check keeps answers in page memory and clears them when you leave or refresh. It does not save or transfer your answers to another mayden application.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by writing to us. We aim to honour requests promptly and in line with GDPR (for EU visitors) and UAE/KSA data-protection expectations (including the PDPL).

This website has no analytics or advertising integration enabled. The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. Its verification service processes technical browser and network information. Temporary request references and hashed email identifiers support duplicate and abuse controls; inquiry text is not written to application logs.

Linked mayden applications operate separately and may use cookies for sign-in and other functions. Their data-handling arrangements should be reviewed in those applications.
