- Source selection
- Standards were used for architecture and lifecycle concepts, GSMA for descriptive industry context, and UK guidance for explicitly scoped resilience and security considerations.
- Limitations
- No operator trial, causal estimate, vendor-product assessment or company ranking. GSMA disclosure-based emissions trends cannot identify AI's contribution. Proposed operating modes require local validation and jurisdiction-specific obligations.
